ABOUT SHARON L. ALMON

Relationship Coach, Author and Motivational Speaker

Sharon provides practical tools to help wives, engaged and married couples rise above adversity in their relationship.

After 35 years of marriage, Sharon had to use her Faith, Friendship and Fun to thrive during financial loss in her marriage.  She is passionate in sharing her personal story in a frank and honest way.  Sharon has the ability to inspire wives, newlyweds and mature couples in a conference, retreat or workshop setting.

Sharon Almon’s call has been to uplift, motivate, encourage, and
champion individuals, particularly women, who have counted themselves out. She considers herself a personal cheerleader and coach who has walked in her call and purpose through a career-choice of working in the not-for-profit management arena for
the past 15+ years. Sharon is a native of Illinois and relocated to the Atlanta area in 1999 with her wonderful husband, Maurice, of 35 years. Sharon and her husband were appointed marriage ministry coordinators in 2006 by Bishop Wiley Jackson.  "Based on my observation of your relationship, marriage and dedication to the ministry, I feel that God is moving me to select and appoint you as coordinators over married couples.  I feel that you are a great example to serve in this capacity."

Motivating couples to invest in their marriage has been a joint passion for Sharon and Maurice. Strong marriages build strong communities. Couples are encouraged; that your marriage can thrive not just survive life challenges. The three keys to their successful marriage has been their faith, friendship and having fun. They have two adult children, James, who has served in the US Navy for over 10 years and Christine, a University of Georgia (UGA) graduate working in corporate America. Sharon enjoys gardening, crafts, cooking, traveling and entertaining.

Marriage is an honorable commitment and you can achieve heaven on earth if you are willing to invest in your relationship.
